I hope you found this video helpful where I walk through the 10 things I’d focus on to lose 30 pounds. As I stressed early on in the video, for me this game plan is NOT about fast weight loss. Not only would I want to lose 30 pounds in this hypothetical scenario, I’d want to follow a sustainable approach that allowed me to transition to weight maintenance smoothly without rebound. That’s never easy but generally I subscribe to the idea that if it’s not sustainable, it’s not maintainable. I would go in with a sort of "slow and steady wins the race" mindset. Yes a plant-based diet is what changed my life, but there’s still a layer of strategy below this that I needed to consider in order to successfully and consistently lose weight.
