The 2024 SkinnyFit Wellness Checklist

The SkinnyFit Wellness Checklist is a guide to living a more healthy and well-rounded life. At its core, the checklist is structured around four primary categories: Nutrition, Fitness, Skincare, and Self-Care. Each category plays an essential role in promoting optimal health and well-being.No matter what our individual goals are, this is a fantastic place to start incorporating these essential categories into our daily routines. Here’s to a happy and healthy new year!

Category 1: Nutrition

Here we focus on promoting a balanced and nourishing diet based on nutrient-dense foods, to keep us energized and feeling our best throughout the busyness of our everyday lives.

Nutrition Checklist:

  • Start your day with a healthy breakfast
  • Try planning meals ahead of time or meal prepping
  • Make sure to drink enough water throughout the day
  • Reduce or limit sugary and processed foods
  • Include fruits and vegetables in every meal
  • Incorporate healthy fats, lean protein, and whole grains

Category 2: Fitness

Here we focus on the importance of regular physical activity in promoting overall health and wellbeing!

Fitness Checklist:

  • Incorporate at least 30 minutes of exercise into your day, five days a week
  • Incorporate strength and cardio training into your routine

  • Make it a goal to move more throughout the day, such as taking frequent breaks if you sit at a desk
