In the Huberman Lab Podcast, he talks about how to improve sleep and get better quality sleep with sunlight viewing each morning. Once I added this morning trick to help with chronic fatigue, I noticed I did sleep better at night.
Dr. Huberman notes this also acts as a natural appetite suppressant for weight loss since viewing sunlight early in the day gets the MSH hormone into your eyes. This can lead you to eat less during the day, which is a great weight loss hack since you need to be in a calorie deficit for weight loss.
