Sesame Chicken Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 4 green onions finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ¼ tsp salt
FOR THE GLAZE:
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 clove garlic grated or minced
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp water
