For a simple dessert that is both refreshing and packed with key nutrients like vitamin C and potassium, broiled grapefruit is a must-try. And as an added bonus? This dish can be whipped up in under 10 minutes.
The nutrients in grapefruit may support many aspects of our health, including immune health and heart health. And the addition of nuts not only gives this treat a crunch, but also gives this dish a boost of healthy fats and plant-based protein. Topping this warm and juicy dessert with frozen yogurt adds some bone-building calcium to this powerhouse recipe.
