In an attempt to keep this simple – here are what I believe to be the minimum asks for good health. Between "zone 2" cardio, VO2MAX / HITT Training, and Strength training. For my advanced athletes, you will obviously have advanced goals and therefore this won’t apply. But for anyone looking to get into good shape and stay there in a way that won’t keep you at the gym for hours and hours weekly – this is my protocol and it works pretty well. That said, if you manage the other pillars (nutrition, sleep, supplementation). These minimums will work a heck of a lot better.
