Recipe:

– 3 lbs chicken breast
– 8 oz BBQ sauce
– 4 oz Italian dressing
– 2 tbsp coconut aminos
– 3 tsp minced garlic
– Favorite seasonings for chicken
I used garlic powder, onion powder and salt. Black pepper also works well with this recipe.
