Oats Raisins Cookies: No Sugar Healthy Snack| Possible

Try this tastier and healthier version of cookies made with Possible’s Oats and Raisins cookies, without sugar and artificial sweeteners. They are the perfect solution for your sweet cravings.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
100 gm unsalted butter
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup Possible Oats Porridge Mix
Raisins
1 tbsp milk

Method:

1. In a bowl, add whole wheat flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix everything well.
2. In another bowl, add unsalted butter, honey, cinnamon powder, vanilla extract. Mix them.
3. To this, add the flour mix and Possible Oats Porridge Mix.
4. Add a few raisins to the mix.
5. Mix it well.
6. Add 1 tbsp of milk to bind the cookie mix properly.
7. Now make small cookies from the mix.
8. Put them on a pre-lined baking tray and bake for 10-12 mins at 170 degrees Celsius in a preheated oven.

Your Oats and Raisins Cookies are ready to enjoy with milk.
