Foxtail Millet Paniyaram: Healthy Breakfast Recipe| Possible

Ingredients-
3/4 cup roasted rava/suji
1 packet Possible Foxtail Millet Meal
1/4 cup curd
1/2 cup water
Chopped onions
Chopped capsicum
Chopped carrot
1 green chili
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Cumin seeds
Mustard seeds
1/4 cup oats flour
Salt
1/2 tsp baking soda

Method:

1. In a bowl, take 3/4 roasted suji/ rava.
2. Add 1 packet of Possible Foxtail Millet Meal.
3. Add 1/4 cup curd and 1/2 cup water to it.
4. Add finely chopped onion, capsicum, carrot, and green chili.
5. Also add curry leaves and coriander leaves.
6. Add cumin and mustard seeds to it.
7. With a little water, mix everything properly.
8. Now add 1/4 cup of oats flour, a pinch of salt, and baking soda.
9. Mix everything well.
10. Heat the appe pan, put a little oil in all the cavities, and then pour the appe batter.
11. Cover the pan and cook them on a medium flame. Make sure to cook them from both sides.

Serve them hot with coconut chutney!
