Try these delicious Red Rice Poha Cutlets! Made with Possible’s red rice poha, these cutlets are packed with nutrients and flavor.
Ingredients:
Possible Red Rice Poha
Boiled potatoes
Grated carrots
Chopped capsicum
Chopped coriander
Chopped green chili
Chopped ginger
Salt
Red chili powder
Garam masala
Roasted jeera powder
Coriander powder
Corn flour
Olive oil
Method:
1. Take 1 ½ cups of Possible red rice poha and wash thoroughly.
2. Take another bowl and add 2 mashed boiled potatoes, ¼ grated carrots, 2 tbsp chopped capsicum, 2 tbsp chopped coriander, 1 green chili chopped, and ½ ginger chopped.
3. Now add salt as per your taste, red chili powder as per taste, ½ tsp garam masala, 1 tsp bhuna jeera powder, and 1 tbsp coriander powder.
4. Mix well and make a cutlet shape
5. To another bowl add 3 tbsp corn flour and water, stir it well until a smooth consistency slurry is made.
6. Now take Possible poha and grind it to powder.
7. Dip the potato cutlet in the slurry.
8. Now coat the cutlet well in the poha powder.
9. Brush it with olive oil.
10. Now shallow or air fry all the cutlets and fry until golden brown.
Serve it warm with the chutney of your choice.
