Want to make a healthier variation of Tacos at home?
Try this recipe of Mexican Tacos, made with Possible’s Multigrain Atta Premix. It’s rich in fibre, vitamins and minerals.
It’s an easy – peesy recipe to enjoy with your whole family. Watch the video to know the method and ingredients.
Ingredients:
● Possible Multigrain Atta Premix
● Avacodo ½ cup
● Coriander ¼ cup
● Garlic 1 tsp
● Lemon Juice 2 tsp
● Salt to Taste
● Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
● Whole Wheat Atta ¼ cup
● Warm Water as needed
● Oil 1 tsp
● Garlic 2 tsp
● Onion ¼ cup
● Corn Kernels ¼ cup
● Chopped Bell Peppers ¼ cup
● Cooked Beans ¼ cup
● Oregano Chilli flakes 2 tsp
● Sliced Cherry Tomatoes ¼ cup
● Salad Leaves as needed
Method:
● Take a blender & add avocado, coriander, garlic, lemon juice, & salt.
● Blend all ingredients into a smooth paste.
● Take Possible Multigrain Atta Premix into a bowl.
● Add salt, chilli flakes and whole wheat atta.
● Add warm water and knead into a soft dough.
● Roll them into small round tacos.
● Roast on both sides till cooked.
● For the filling, heat oil in a pan.
● Add garlic, onion, corn, bell peppers, & cooked beans.
● Add oregano, chilli flakes, and lemon juice.
● Add cherry tomatoes & saute till cooked.
● Now, take the taco & spread the avocado dip
● Add salad leaves on them.
● Put Mexican filling at the centre and fold it into a taco!
