Ingredients
● Possible Millet Idli Mix 1.5 cups
● Chopped carrot ¼ cup
● Chopped onion ¼ cup
● Beans 2 tbsp
● Chopped tomatoes ¼ cup
● Coriander 1 tbsp
● Salt to taste
● Water ¼ cup
● Yoghurt ½ cup
● Oil 1 drop each
● Mustard seed as needed
● Curry leaves as needed
Method
● Take Possible Millet Idli Mix in a bowl.
● Add carrots, onions, beans, tomatoes, coriander, and salt to it.
● Add water and mix well.
● Add yoghurt and make a batter
● Heat a paniyaram pan.
● Pour oil into each mould.
● Add mustard seed and curry leaves.
● Now, pour a spoonful of batter into each mould.
● Cook them on all sides and serve hot.
