Ingredients
● 1 cup Possible Quinoa Dal Dosa Mix
● ½ cup water
● 1 tsp oil
● 1 tsp chopped garlic
● 8 curry leaves
● 1 tsp mustard seeds
● ½ cup chopped onion
● ⅓ cup chopped tomato
● 2 green chillies
● ½ cup boiled moong sprouts
● ½ tsp turmeric powder
● Salt to taste
● ½ cup boiled potato
● 4 tsp grated fresh coconut
Method:
● Add Possible Quinoa dal dosa mix & water in a bowl
● Mix into a smooth batter & keep aside for 30 mins
● Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, curry leaves, mustard seeds, onion, tomato, chillies, spouts and cook for a minute
● Add salt & turmeric
● Add boiled potato & coconut
● Mix well and saute until cooked
● Let the mixture cool
● Make dosa using the batter on a tawa
● Add the sprout stuffing in the middle & fold. Serve hot!
