Obviously you can lose weight eating ANY food if you’re still in a calorie deficit, but some foods are considerably more ineffective than others based on a number of factors – such as their caloric density! And this food ranks pretty highly on that list. But I’ve selected it today as my no.1 worst food for weight loss because of how many dieters falsely assume that this is a really good food for losing weight! Big mistake!
