This easy-peasy recipe is made with Possible’s Protein-Rich Upma. It has 50% more protein than regular upma. Along with semolina, this upma also contains oats and pea-protein. It is a great breakfast recipe for weight loss. And with added vegetables, it’s been made even healthier to charge you up in the morning!

Ingredients
● 1 pack Possible Protein Rich Upma
● 2 tsp oil
● 1 tsp mustard seed
● 2 tsp urad daal
● 8-9 curry leaves
● 1 tsp chopped green chillies
● ½ bowl chopped onion
● ⅓ bowl potatoes
● ⅓ bowl carrots and beans
● Salt to taste
● ½ cup water

Method:
● Heat oil in a pan.
● Add mustard seed, urad daal, curry leaves, chillies and onions
● Add potatoes, beans and carrots and salt.
● Mix gently
● Add water and Possible protein rich upma mix
● Cook for 10 mins. Serve hot!
