Quinoa Dal Dosa Waffle: Healthy Breakfast Recipe| Possible

Ingredients:

Possible’s Quinoa Dal Dosa
Cumin seeds
Mustard seeds
Salt
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1 sprig curry leaves
Green Chili

Method:

1. Mix 100 gms Possible Quinoa Dal Dosa mix in a bowl with 3/4 cup water. Mix them well so that there are no lumps.
2. Add 1 tsp jeera, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 3/4 tsp salt. Mix everything.
3. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, curry leaves, and green chili.
4. Mix everything well and leave it covered for 20-30 mins.
5. Oil the waffle maker and pour the dosa batter on it.
6. Once ready, take out the waffles and serve it with coconut chutney.

Your waffle styled dosa is ready to enjoy!
