Ingredients
● 1 bowl Possible Red Rice Poha
● Water as needed
● 1 Bowl Boiled Potato
● 1 tsp chopped Green Chillies, Grated Ginger
● ½ bowl chopped Onion
● 1 tsp each Coriander Powder, Jeera Powder, Chaat Masala, Black Pepper Powder
● Salt to taste
● Cornflour
● Oil
Method:
● Take Possible Red Rice Poha in a bowl
● Pour water and wash it
● Take boiled potatoes in a bowl
● Add ginger, chillies, onion
● Add all the spices
● Add the soaked poha and salt
● Mix well and make medium sized tikkis
● Dip in water & cornflour slurry
● Coat with poha powder
● Brush a little oil & air fry
● Serve with curd, green chutney, red chutney, pomegranate beads, sev & masala
