Ingredients:
● ¾ cup boiled chickpea
● 3 tsp chopped garlic
● 1 tbsp sesame seeds
● ¼ cup chopped beetroot
● Salt to taste
● 1 tsp lemon juice
● Chickpea water as needed
● 1 cup Possible Multi Millet Flour
● 2 tsp oil
● ½ cup cottage cheese
● 1 tsp chilli powder
● Salad leaves as needed
● Sliced onion as needed
● Sliced cherry tomatoes as needed

Method:

● Take a blender and add chickpeas, garlic, sesame seeds, beetroot, salt, lemon juice, and chickpea water.
● Blend them into a smooth paste.
● Take Possible Multi Millet Flour in a wide pan.
● Add water and knead into a soft dough.
● Roll into thin rotis and cook them evenly on both sides.
● Heat oil in a pan.
● Add garlic, cottage cheese, and chilli powder and saute well.
● Now, take the roti and spread the chickpea hummus.
● Place salad leaves, onions and cherry tomatoes.
● Roll them and cut them in half.
