Before I had RMR testing (a resting metabolic rate test), I was confused about how many calories should I be eating for fat loss. Even though my weight loss journey was progressing at a steady pace, I thought I had a slow metabolism and considered lowering calories even more.
After having my RMR (resting metabolic rate) tested, I avoided falling into the low calorie diet trap that is prominent in diet culture today.
