When it comes to a keto diet vs low fat diet, the truth is – both diets depend on overall calories and also how much protein you get. So whether you’re following a keto diet for beginners, and you want to know do you lose more weight on keto, or you’ve had some keto weight loss success and you don’t agree with anything I’m saying, when it comes to how to lose weight – it all comes down to a calorie deficit in the end.
