Ingredients:
● 2 Bowl Possible Multi-Millet Flour
● 1 tsp Salt
● 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
● Oregano
● Tomato Ketchup
● Cabbage, Onions, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Capsicum
● Green Chutney
● Grated Cheese
Method:
● Take 2 bowl of Possible Multi-Millet Flour
● Add 1 tsp of Salt, Chilli Flakes and Oregano
● Add warm water and knead the dough and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
● Give the dough a roti shape and partially roast the roti (wrap)
● Cut the the roti from the end till the center, apply tomato ketchup and place the chopped cabbage, onion, tomato. Thereafter, apply green chutney and place cucumber, capsicum, grated cheese on the wrap, and fold it one over the other.
● Grill it for 1-2 minutes on both sides, Cut it and serve hot!
