* Inc. zinc which is a new inclusion for one reason or another – it also looks pretty good for immunity against the old you know what right now.
Needless to say, supplementing some of these things may not be necessitous to you, this is just what I’m doing. What I do view as being essential though:
– vitamin D
– vitamin B12
– DHA
These I hold in a category of their own in terms of compulsoriness.
There’s a secondary category of things you may wish to take as an insurance policy, but I view these as “situational supplements” rather than staples.
Things like iodine, calcium and iron, I consider in this secondary category (some of these are included in my multivitamin anyway). I don’t see these as mandatory across broad populations, but rather useful to these with certain dietary limitations, medical conditions, etc.
