Try this easy Masala Dosa made with Possible’s Quinoa Dal Dosa mix. It contains the goodness of quinoa and has 2x more protein than regular Dosa. It is also rich in fibre and antioxidants and is good for digestion and weight management.

Ingredients:
● 2 cups Possible Quinoa Dal Dosa Mix
● 2 Tsp Oil, Dry Red Chilli, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves and pinch of Asafoetida
● 1/2 cup grated of Carrots and Beetroot
● 1 Green Chilli
● 1 Cup boiled Sweet Potato
● 2 tbsp Desiccated Coconut
Instruction:
– Dosa Batter:
● Take 2 Cups Possible Quinoa Dal Dosa mix in a bowl
● Add Water, Mix nicely and make a smooth batter
● Cover and keep it aside
– For Masala:
● Add Oil, Red Chilli, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves and pinch of Asofoetida
● Now add carrots and beetroot
● Saute well and add Green Chilli, Salt and little Water
● Finally goes boiled Sweet Potato, mash it well
● Now at last add desiccated coconut into that masala and mix well
– Let’s make the Dosa now.
● Pour 2 ladle full of for a crispy thin dosa
● Add the masala filling and fold in half
● Now serve with hot sambar and coconut chutney
