Brain chemistry plays a huge role in anxiety and depression and proper diet / food / nutrition play a huge role in brain chemistry. While life can be incredibly challenging there are definitely foods, herbs, and spices we should be eating that can really help lessen these overwhelming feelings. Obviously, this does not take place of seeking the proper professional help if you need it, but it certainly doesn’t hurt and can really help in some cases.
