Made with Possible’s Pumpkin Seeds & Cranberry Cocktail and Crunchy Muesli, this sweet treat is rich with vitamin C, fibre and antioxidants. The pumpkin and watermelon seeds will provide you with nice energy boost with protein, omega 3, 6 fatty acids and essential vitamins. A great snack to aid your weight loss process and also for maintaining overall good health.

Check out below the ingredients you need to prepare this homemade energy bar!

Ingredients:

● 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Seeds and Cranberry Cocktail
● Possible Crunchy Muesli
● Small Banana
● 3 tbsp Peanut Butter
● 3 tbsp Dates Syrup
● 1 tbsp Olive Oil
● 2 to 3 tbsp Desiccated Coconut

Instructions:

● Dry roast cup pumpkin seeds and cranberry cocktail and transfer it to a bowl.
● Add some possible crunchy muesli to the mix.
● Now take a blender and add one small banana into it. In the same blender add peanut butter, dates syrup and olive oil and blend till smooth.
● Now add the blend to the dry mixture and add desiccated coconut into it. Give it a good mix.
● Take the mixture in a parchment paper lined baking dish and spread evenly.
● Now bake it in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 25 Minutes. Once cooled cut in squares and enjoy the snack!
