Ingredients:
● 2 cups whole wheat flour
● ¼ th cup possible multigrain atta premix
● Pinch of salt
● Water enough to knead the dough
● ½ cup roasted moong dal
● 1 cup chopped onions
● 2 chopped green chilli Salt to taste
● Indian spices as per one taste
Method:
● Add whole wheat flour, possible’s multigrain atta, salt, and water and knead the dough
● Take ½ yellow moong dal in a pan and roast it a little, wash and pressure cook it, add water and salt and let it whistle twice, open once the pressure is released from the cooker.
● Add chopped onions, chilies, salt and Indian spices as per taste and mix them well
● Make small round balls of dough, and flatten them. Stuff the dal mixture into the flattened dough, roll them out.
● Take very less oil on a Tawa, and cook the rolled parathas until done.
