Perform each exercise back to back for 30 seconds each (as many reps as you can in that time frame). Rest after each circuit of moves for 30 seconds. 3 rounds total. If you want more intensity add free weights to the lunges, come on to hands and feet for the push up, switch to high knees instead of the beginner rope skip.
