Games

Sit Or Stand

What You Need:

Two players or more and open space to play

How To Play:

Form a circle and ensure each player is spread out six feet apart for social distancing.

Have the group sit down.

Pick someone to be “The Caller” and have them stand in the middle.

The Caller will say “Stand up if…” and pick whatever they would like to say.

Examples: “Stand up if…

  • …you have a brother/sister.”
  • …have a pet/no pet.”
  • …like broccoli/ doesn’t like broccoli.”
  • …play a sport/does not play a sport.”

The players in the group that this statement applies to will stand up.

The Caller will then pick a player that is standing to switch places with.

The New Caller will say “You all may sit down” and everyone will be back to sitting.

The New Caller then picks a different topic and says “Stand up if…”

You may play this game for as long as you want!
