Finished off week 2 of following IPA. It was a rough week, still battling cravings, TOM, working double shifts and just some emotional things going on in my personal life. I feel like I’m slightly bummed the scale didn’t move more since I have a lot to lose, but I’m learning to be happy with whatever the number is as long as it’s only decreasing every week. Let’s hope week 3 goes well! I’ll be moving this weekend and my hubby has already been talking about what pizza places he’s ordering from to feed everyone helping us out. Yikes..I know I can fight the urge to slip up!
