GEORGIA Harrison has revealed that a ruptured cyst “severely infecting” her body was the reason behind her worrying hospital dash on Christmas Eve.
The 26-year-old star was forced to spend Christmas in the Dubai hospital as she continues to fight the illness, which has left her in a great deal of pain.

The reality TV favourite left fans concerned when she shared a snap from the ward in a medical gown, and has now updated her followers on the mystery illness.
Taking to her Instagram Story, Georgia explained: “I had a ruptured cyst without knowing and it has caused multiple organs in my body to become severely infected, my kidneys being the worst.
“The doctors here are amazing and we’re doing our best to fight the infection but currently I am still suffering with high fever, when not on paracetamol, and abdominal/ back pain.
“Lots of you have been asking for an update so there it is, I’ve never been someone to shy of sharing my dat to day life with my followers.”

Georgia went on to admit that her entire ordeal had been incredibly “scary” as she thanked her friends for surprising her with Christmas treats.
She wrote: “I’ve never fallen ill like this before, the only time I’ve been in hospital was to pick up some boobs so it’s been a real shock to me and quite scary.
“But I have lots of amazing friends in Dubai who have bought me presents, clothes, flowers, food and I’m in extremely good hands when it comes to the medical team here.”
The Love Island beauty was teary-eyed as she updated fans from her hospital bed on Christmas Eve, showing off the drip in her arm.

She said at the time: “I don’t want to panic you all because I’m in a stable condition, but I’ve got to be kept in for three days.
“That’s why I’m not out with everyone tonight. I’ve never spent Christmas Eve on my own, let alone in hospital in Dubai.
“This has been the maddest week of my life. It’s not Covid – they’ve done a Covid test, so that’s one thing.

Georgia, a former PA from Essex, shot to fame on the 2017 series of Love Island.
She also briefly appeared on reality show The Only Way Is Essex for a single series in 2014.
The star has been in Dubai for weeks, where her ex, former Celebrity Big Brother star Stephen Bear, is also currently enjoying a sunshine break.
Georgia recently claimed the 30-year-old secretly made a tape of her when they were together – a claim that he has strenuously denied.
